Yes it is currently the best item for charming, but Mistral Axe is not affected by Racc.

If I'm not mistaken you could swap this in for curing waltz, and then swap back tiphia sting/black tathlum/fire bomblet without using TP.

Wow this would make a great peace of equipment for bst for charming and for healing hp while resting.

As read on the discussion page http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Talk:Tsar%27s_Egg for this item on wiki from Aurikasura saying was like a desyth with high hq rate and high break rate is correct from my experience. At 95 GS skill: 4 HQ eggs, 1 NQ and 16 breaks of various degrees of suckyness (always lost at least 1 item) but not even one .1 skill-up. All on darksday, facing west,adv.synth support, less than 70% moon, and no guild items.
