The effect of silence is more noticeable on Windsday, kicks in almost every other hit. For thf solo you can never go wrong with silence to help keep up your shadows.

This is my personal experience, when i was mithra thf i would mainhand this, offhand hornetneedle. Pretty fast TP gain, and w/ the added AGI from both weapons and mithras low CHR for dancing edge, i was busting out bigger shark bites than dancing edge. As a bonus you can make light sc's w/ shark bit, if your mithra try it out ^^

No. The Chicken Knife has the same delay, and higher damage. Cermet Kukri +1/Chicken knife is the way to go until you can get your hands on a Harpe.
