You can actually use this dagger a long time as DNC. While it has lower DPS than other higher lvl ones, the +10atk offsets the lower DPS (and you get +10acc as well.) The difference in damage isn't huge vs the higher lvl ones till Behemoth +1's and by then you can use o.hat to offset the loss of the acc+. All in all a very good & cheep dagger that can last you a long time!

I agree with moomba but what isn't mentioned is that this makes a good weapon for Thief to dual wield until level ~68
