"I purchased the Fourth Division Haube and Hentzes.

Set: Increases attack.

Attack while equipped (1hand axe in main + 24STR total) = 359
Attack while unequipped (1hand axe in main + 24STR total) = 358"

Seems either the gear set isn't complete yet or SE have fluffed up the set bonus.
