Take the OP to Eastern Altepa Desert (Kuzotz Region) and Run to the left, should see a few manticore and some Dhalmel. Nandi pops around there (anywhere from the OP to the cliff in a large area, so look carefully or have Wide Scan). has about 5-6K hp and spams Healing breeze. Below 20% it tends to use 3x Healing breeze back-to-back (taking it up to about 60% hp). Easily soloed by most 60+ jobs. need decent dmg to kill it though.
