I dunno, 100k seems inexpensive for this belt considering Precise Belt goes for about 250~300k on most servers. (Assuming no one buys Precise Belt for the accuracy) the only thing that Precise Belt has > Volant Belt is 0.5 ranged accuracy (after you factor in the 3 AGI) but the 3 AGI on Volant Belt will likely improve your WS damage due to the 25%/30% AGI modifier. Plus you can use this 10 levels earlier
easy solo on ok geard thf/nin with some haste and eva. make sure u keep shadows up cos his tp move can cripple you when the prankster spams it near 10% hp. not sure on drop% but mine was a painfull 1/14.
@Cobblers my 75 rdm/blm beat this without breaking a sweat, so you can beat it with a mage job. with that being said a friend who was on blu had no problems either.
Finally after 5 times stomping this NM's face just rewards Volant Belt. I will not that from my experience it pops usually at the 1.5 hr mark as long as u kill the PH's easy nm to camp
