Headlong is far better than quick belt, but you should never use this instead of swift. The attack may look attractive but 3 acc and 1% haste is better.
Chonchon, an NM Cockatrice in Meriphataud Mountains drops this belt. The NM is a timed spawn (Appears to be 60-90 minutes after he was last killed), meaning there is no placeholder. There is an Axe Beak who spawns in the area at times, but it is not a placeholder. It should be noted that this belt drops very commonly. I am 4/5 on it personally.
This NM is easily soloable by any job at level 75. He double attacks almost constantly, but misses around 75% of the time against my 74 BLM.
Expect the price of this belt to drop very rapidly once the 'new-item' craze dies down. The NM spawns fast, and drops the belt often. There is no reason the belt will cost more than 50k once the price settles.
Nice replacement at the higher levels for swift belt if you are having problems getting it to drop. However, will not replace it, or any accuracy+ items to tp in at such a low level, especially the levels where accuracy is everything.
In 8 days this beltwent from 1 mil to 195k on Garuda, and it will continue to fall. The drop rate is way too high for this to retain any value. I'd guess this will settle in the 50-100k range.
