This is the largest boost to CHR in the feet slot available to BLU, making this the ideal "Eyes on Me" foot piece.

Very hard to acquire without a full party or a beastmaster, however.

These drop off of Merrow No.5 in Arrapago Reef near the staging point. The drop rate isn't 100%. Takes about a pt of 4-6 to kill it. Killing Merrow No.5 also drops the Undead Swarms Enemy Forces by 1 in Besieged.

Easy strat to duo this if you have Bst available or a bst friend is Bst + Rdm. Rdm debuffs and Bst uses surrounding leeches / broths at pets, when pet dies or pet swap, rdm has hate so they get charmed send new pet in, rinse and repeat.
