As a Taru BLU, I'm usually so pressed to focus all my gear on boosting our weak vital stats (HP, STR, VIT), it's hard to find room for MP gear. These pants are seriously wonderful, a turban-level boost to HP and MP, solid +4 accuracy, and a very welcome 3 MND to boost Magic Fruit.
The best thing is that they're bought on AH for a relatively low price given that it's a HQ synth.
Additionally, these are some of the best pants for Blue Mages to cast Breath spells in, assuming you don't need the fringe 3-5 Magic Accuracy. There are several alternatives that give +25 HP/MP, but for the purists out there, these are the way to go.
