Hands down the top DD ring until 40 when you can use Sniper's/woodsman. The enchantments stack as well, so you can use two at the same time. Attack+10 is ridiculously strong for level 14 (above the magnitude of o.kote for MNK/SAM/NIN at 34).
More people should use these. If all 2-4 DDs in a PT all bothered to eat food and generally not skimp it, leveling subs wouldn't be the chore that it is.
Practically required for early DNC. Hitting for 0-4 versus Clippers = waste of a spot, no matter how much you can cure.
