Latent effect

* Active when using any Weapon Skill with a Skillchain attribute of Induration (and, by extension, Distortion)
* Increases fTP multiplier by +0.1 and adds some amount of accuracy to all hits of the Weapon Skill.

Excellent first gorget for DRK; it's the only one that covers guillotine.

Also covers Ground Strike, Cross Reaper and Spiral Hell for most of your WSing needs!

Breeze or Thunder complement this well for Spinning Slash, and Light or Shadow work with Insurgency.

According to wiki:

Also I have seen test results from some jp's where 450 trails each of with gorget and no neck piece the gorget consistantly showed better ACC on the second hit of Fast blade, also others said they got the same results in 150 trails. So maybe these are good for multy hits o.o.

They need a universal gorget! Between all these jse capes and gorgets and bs, my storage is so full.
