Spawns around (I-9), approximately every 21 hours; usually just a few minutes after the 21 hour mark.
Spawns with a Tonberry Hexer and a Tonberry Harasser who will follow him around the area.
Is able to use Perfect Dodge in addition to Tonberry special attacks.
Killable by 2 characters at level 62.
Resentment Cape is approximately a 1:3 drop.

This is a nice JoL tanking cape, as the bonus is always active inside of Sea.

Eanae is correct, which means this is the ideal back piece for tanking against Ultima in Limbus. Enmity and MDT = beast.

This cape is excellent especially cause my nation is in last a lot in my server. I've never gone wrong with this cape on Pld. Totally worth killing the NM for it. It is also very useful in the ACP "Ode to Life Bestowing" mission if your country doesn't have control of Qufim Island. I would roll with this until i can get a Boxer's Mantle.

Pretty good enmity cape for tanks who would rather be able to just keep a single cape versus repurchasing High Breath Mantles. While the HBM has an HP bonus and higher +enmity (when enchanted), Resentment Cape comes with the bonus of possible reduced magic damage, another useful tanking tool.
