Except weapon skill accuracy, according to ffxiclopedia, acts the same as standard accuracy minus only being able to be used during weapon skills. In other words, they will both give the same except one has a handicap if you will. Dusk Trousers give +10 for the NQ's and +11 for the HQ's making it better for a Samurai's sidewinder. Granted you don't get the small amount of Store TP nor the much better look, you do however get 3-4 more accuracy which is "quite mucho bueno".
