While pretty exspensive for a piece of foot gear, it's pretty much the best you can get for the level for any DD job which can equip it. A solid investment.
@Kurosakichigio: That makes no sense. Fuma/Sarutobi are TP pieces, and Rutter/Fourths are WS only. You *could* TP in this, but I'd rather TP in Federation Kyahan and WS in this if I didn't have Fuma/Sarutobi.
