Perfect choice for high delay DDs, or those of us Dhalmels who cant hit a damn thing without some help. Use this until you can get a life belt and you will not be disapointed in the results.
Yes it's pretty nice, I really don't care about the - evasion, I mean seriously, what DD job is going to dodge anyways, and THF shouldn't be getting aggro at this lv. anyways with a decent party if they know how to SATA. Damn fine for it's price.
In all seriousness, I used this for skilling up Guard for a long time on MNK. Stacking guard skill with evasion down gear and some AGI was noticably helpful.
