If you're going for HQ pieces and tight on gil, don't waste your time on this and get the leg piece instead. You'll benefit more from the additional +1 VIT and AGI.
A nice piece, but for PLD the extra AGI can sometimes not be worth the extra gil (A fair penny too), if youre a PLD on a budget, it is not a crime whatsoever to go Eisen on the pieces that do not offer VIT +, however if it does, dont.
