Stack this with the Myochin Kabuto and macro them in for Meditate. 140-180 TP per med never hurt anyone.

To wardens, both myochin kabuto and saotome kote
add 20-40 tp each when using meditate so with both equipped it can yield 140, 160, or 180 tp.

Just upgrade these to +2 and you'll always get 180 TP. Getting 160-180TP with the NQ is possible but very rare.

I understand the 140. But how do you get the 180tp on a meditate even with both af helm and relic hands?
