Absolutely Brilliant piece for SMN All the way until you can get Summoner's Bracers. However, These will take you to 75 in terms of Summoning skill if you cannot acquire Summoner's Bracers!
Right now the price range is settling down nicely, if you can pick these up, or farm them, then do it!
Austere Cuffs are nice as well, they have the extra BP Delay -1, However, You can simply execute the BP, then switch to these for not only added Accuracy on BP:Rage, but added Duration on BP:Ward!
