	Better then Koga Tekko at night for Jin only if you make use of the DEX on them, if you are at 117 cap on DEX for birds before equiping hands, Koga/+1 are better at night. 2010-04-02 13:05:05

	Fantastic piece. Again like all ninja af+1. Absolutely superb for shurikan ninja, amazing ws piece for Blade: Jin. Also pretty damn good for just 'bout every other NIN ws but Koga hands can outparse certain in certain situations using certain weaponskills.
