I wouldn't say Singing Earring owns this. I personally had shitty luck trying to find a singing earring on the auction house. Singing Earring is just a Wind and String earring in one, so if you have shitty luck like myself, and you happen to find this on the auction house, and not Singing, you can just get both Wind and String.
