It wouldn't be a waste to use a Tathlum to make the earring. There are very few INT+ earrings and the lvl gap is huge between them. Pretty much a BLM needs to fill each equipment spot with as much MAB/INT for more dmg.

HMP for resting INT or MaB ear for nukes.
