this gives 45k Bonus EXP total over 180 hours (7.5 days ) Vs Kupo's 66k Bonus EXP over 11 hours Vs Anni's 30k over 11hours . As long as this ring is 1.)Rechargeable and 2.) easier to obtain than Kupo or Anni (imposible to get and once a year) then yea , i'd say this ring kicks some serious EXPing butt.

You can get it with Starlight medal for 15k AN if you country controls Throne Room S. It'd cost 25K AN to get it from another country that controls Throne Room S.

VERY IMPORTANT, you can only obtain 1 ring per tally. So dont use a few charges,drop ring and hope to purchase a fresh ring befor the Campaign tally when the Throne Room is lost to the Beastmen. You'll only be kicking yourself.

not sure why but i think its condition has changed as levi windy owns throne room and i have medal of altana but no longer offers me the Ring?
