This isn't HQ version of Aqua Ring. This is a NQ version of a synergy recipe and I won't be at all surprised if we get a HQ version later on.

These are the wrong Recipes listed i think. These new Rings take a Shining Ring and a jewel to make.

Karka ring and Balrahn's ring or Omega ring is best for RDM. Macc+4 or MND+3 Macc+3 > MND+6 -30 thunder resistance. This is a good ring if you can't get Karka ring to drop or don't have VNM LS or you have Balrahn's ring or Omega ring but not both. Another words there are better alternative rings for RDM and its not worth camping AH for and paying millions of gils for it that you can use to spend on to get something better for your RDM or another job.
