If you use a wind crystal on this ring, you can remove the ra/ex. Using a high quality wind crystal (Cyclone, obtained for 200gp from most guilds) will sign the ring aswell as taking off the ra/ex ^^

For those who want to sign these, but dont have the guild rank or points for it, the Celebratory Chest for wedding gear sells Cyclone Crystals (As well as Terra & Inferno crystals) for 3k. I dont believe you need to have bought the rings, or set to be able to buy these... Fairly sure you do not.
