@Thoraeon - Mettle Leggins +1 - STR+2 Att+2 work just fine as alternatives to leaping/bounding.

But yes, get these for Jump macro if anything

Do wear these for TP.
These do not help you at all for this. Spend the time and get a pair of Bounding Boots. It is worth it. If you are too lazy to do that, buy a pair of Leaping Boots. There are no other good options for DRG until Tabin Boots +1 at 59.
The only things these boots are good for is a Jump macro if you want and maybe soloing.
