If we take my tarutaru whm as an example w/ an uncapped healing magic skill of 239 and 67 base mind here are the stats on cures:
Naked-
Cure 1 - 32
Cure 2 - 93
Cure 3 - 193

With Healers Mitts (Healing Magic +15):
Cure 1 - 32
Cure 2 - 93
Cure 3 - 193
Cure 4 - 377
Cure 5 - 615
With Blessed Mitts (MND +7):

Cure 3 - 193
Cure 4 - 380
Cure 5 - 621
In Conclusion:
Blessed Mitts > Healer's Mitts
