I I used to have macro'd in for for full break and steel cyclone as both of those have a vit mod in addition to str mod. Replaced with Wivre mask (str and vit on 1 piece) when that came out, generally don't use that anymore either but until you get some good "endgame" gear this can make macro filler if you can spare the inventory.
Decent Chakra piece until you get your hands on Genbu's Kabuto, which isn't easy to obtain unless you have a sky linkshell, also good for skilling guard when you wanna stack up guard skill+ gear to help cap it.
I say this head is good if u are a mnk and can't afford the ohat..the +hp and guarding skill is cool..and the +vit helps with asuran fists (50% STR or 50% VIT)
