how is this piece bad?? really comparable to any other rdm enffebling head, and you can probably go much higher on the augments with this, like mnd+4-5 and macc+5-6, which would make it the best all around piece for mnd based enfeebs over duelists+1 and estoqueurs, considering that estoqs only gives 11 macc(assuming you're over target mnd+10) and duelists+1 gives 16.5 macc, this could easily match of beat that with augments that are listed on bg, macc +4 and mnd+2 gives this 16 macc, and regen, which is actually really useful for rdm after converting for the newer, less experienced players out there

when you hq3, the 3rd augment seems to always come from the random pool.
managed to get +MAB as the random pool on this combined with -5 QD delay and +macc.

Over all not worth getting the HQ since Duelist's Chapeau is +15.
