Incredibly good cape for DDs. The advantages this offers over the NQ version are quite nice, although whether this justifies the extra price tag is up to you: there are better items to be bought using that price difference.
However, if you have the money, this cape is hard to beat.
Bestback peice for most jobs and there are just as equal options. As a THF i need all the attack i can get and the +5 helps a lot. I always see thts picking commanders cape for Sneak attack/Trick attack, and never realize for ws they only adding 1-5dmg. For DPS and WS this is hands down a good back peice
One thing to note, compare to the "equal options" like Forager Mantle, Amemet Mantle +1 is really cheap. It is one of the best cheap HQs in the game. I am still using the same Amemet Mantle +1 since I got one 2-3 years ago.
an amazing back piece, every DD should at least have the NQ version from 61+ it will last till end game and even on some jobs will last for end game :D
