They're relatively low level fulltime pieces for most DD's until they find something that actually has the stats the attributes count for on them, like accuracy, or attack. I've only ever used my pair for str/dex ws such as penta thrust, and jin until I came across SAM and NIN AF+1 hands. Definitely not a must-have, but nice to own for the low price.
