looks like a shitty byrnie from this angle. HQ it to get a real use out of it. Till then macro it in for when you have hate so your at least putting forth an effort. career drks will get more use out of it for the +5 enfeebling skill for crowd control but alot of you probably wouldn't want to waste the inventory on such a thing.
