I always keep this it's a good versatile piece that you can wear for Promy's and is good from 24-30ish for a lot of the jobs that wear it.

Wiki says that Goblin Smithies in Rolanberry Fields drop the entire chain set. I plan to farm it ^^
I have been there farming for about 40 or so Goblin Smithies and i have thf3 and i got no drops for this
I gotta call shananigans on this dropping from Goblins. I've killed thousands upon thousands of them in Jungle and Rolan. Never seen this drop. If you want it, I'd reccomend spending the time farming up money in other ways.
There were a few times i was running up delkfutts tower as THF60 and killed a few gobs along the way waiting for people trailing behind and i had gotten several drops in a short amount of time. perhaps they changed the drop rate, or maybe the drop rate is just largely better at delkfutt tower.
