The first pointy hat you can receive in the game. Used to get alot of praise from the JP players back in 2004 for wearing this in dunes PTs lol. Guess they they liked it becuase it looks like an Optical Hat. Has a good defense rating for its level, and nice resist as well. Not to mention it just looks bad ***.
