Marginally superior to Genbu's Shield for Cannonball due to the slight DEF increase, but what really stands out about this shield is that it is augmentable. Until a STR, VIT, or significantly higher DEF shield becomes available, this is your best option.
Don't npc these on wrong npc. at least @ south Sandy, it sells about 28k. Haven't checked others yet. Frobably affected by fame or other things, unconfirmed.
