to wardens- mnks and pups cant wear hauby, and this is obviously better than scorpion harness

this is a "specialized" version of "Ebon Harness".

1x Angel Skin
2x Amphiptere Leather
1x Shagreen
1x Molybdenum Sheet
1x Platinum Sheet
1x Red Textile Dye

and then you have to specialize it into this, most likely via synergy or a quest. once you do that, you can add augments to it, and it will most likely surpass the majority of gear out right now.
