Note that the three people claiming regain on the gloves are all in the same LS. Likely trying to drive up the price on a mediocre item that they've been farming.
I will say the same as Shellina.
There was no regain under 100% tp, over 100% tp, under red, yellow, white HP, engaged or disengaged, full MP, empty MP, or anywhere in between. Although if I equip a piece of gear that actually has regain, with these on, I will have regain effect of the other piece of equipment I put on... MAGICAL!!!
These were thoroughly tested by an LS member. There is no regain on these gloves. Those that had regain with them on must have been in abyssea with regain atmas equipped.
