	At best this would be a back-up for mercy stroke compared to Toci's. It is almost identical to an augmented heca+1 harness, but without the slow, more dex and da% instead of +att/stp/conserve tp. Probably wouldn't get set bonus as the head isn't ideal for mercy stroke, but possibly a very good set for rudras storm 2011-10-10 11:53:45
