From a Brd's standpoint, this body is simply amazing for a Cure/Idle set. The Mnd+17 will help free up more slots while still capping Stoneskin. Since this body piece would be equipped so often, the Fast Cast sphere would actually be pretty beneficial to your spell casters around you.

We'll have to wait and see what the total Refresh is from this body piece and the Nefer Khat(+1). The description on "Adds improved Refresh effect" could be misleading but my guess is... Refresh 1mp/tick (probably) on Body, and the "improved" set bonus which is probably 2mp/tick, as opposed to 1mp/tick for the non-R/Ex version? Let's hope so!

@Kyaadaa, body alone is not 2/tic, it is 1/tic. The set bonus is 2/tic, so total with NQ/HQ Khat + Heka = 3/tic.
