This is also a good choice for WHMs who do not have a better headpiece. It provides 1 more MND and 1 more -Enmity than the Teal Chapeau, as well as a bonus MP+20. For the rare situations when needed, the Magic Accuracy+2 is also a welcome bonus.
As far as looks, the hat actually doesn't look too bad with the Nobles Tunic and Blessed pieces. The colors are very similar.
For RDMs (like myself) who have over the years not been fortunate enough to get a Duelist's Chapeau or a Morrigan's Coronal, this hat (while admittedly very plain looking) is a nice and overdue addition.
