A decent piece if you have the accuracy to support it tho not necessarily the best choice vs just using a high str ring.
Granted you would need more Str in one ring than you can get currently to actually equal the attack of this. However you'd need to keep in mind it not taking off accuracy and also that it would be a modifyer for ws.
