	Appears to boost residual enmity decay by 5% when struck. Very useful for Ranger's who hover near the hate cap on long-term battles such as Dark Ixion. Obviously you'd macro it in when you take hate, but I didn't think that needed stating. 2010-04-11 01:18:57

	Now this is an interesting item. Slightly overshadowed by Fylgja Torque (+1), I am very interested to see how the â€˜Boosts enmity decrease when taking physical damageâ€™ will work.
