@Bador, its true it doesn't make you counter for ~300 as the other poster said but it isn't a 20%~25% Increase, it's a direct DMG: increase like the Footwork boots' effect on kick attacks.
It's at least DMG:~20 increase for counters which imo is great if you setup for it.
MNK80 with 323skill and Mantes(DMG:22) will have DMG:60+~20 with this.
tried it doesnt make you counter for 300 dmg whoever comment this he is lier it, anyway does increase counter dmg about 20~25% only from you normal dmg , that 300 dmg counter only from perfect counter ja and stupid orcs counter
