Dropped from Fear Gorta, a NM popped by trading a square of moonglow cloth to a ??? at L-6 in Abyssea - Konschtat. The moonglow cloth is obtained from the Quaitu in the surrounding area.
Stat wise, this thing is worse than a republic circlet.

The keywords in my post were "stat wise."
I openly pointed out the flaws of the Republic Circlet. I don't expect anyone to use it in this day and age, (forgive me for assuming common sense exists?). However, *stat wise* 5 MAB is greater than 4 MAB & -2 Magic Acc (and I'm a Taru too).
My annoyance with this item is the fact that there should be more of an improvement over a level 34 item that's 6-7 years old. It shouldn't have -Magic Acc and it should be at least 5 MAB...

The main handicap is the reduction of 2 MACC,but if you are scholar,and the mobs you're killing have low magic defense try it. It beats in this situations Selenian cap with MACC+2 INT+4 and Magic critical hit rate+10.
Also scholars doesn't depend on INT status as a Black mages.
Anycase try yourself/-ve. Every char has its own tests.
This piece will depend on your base INT. If you're a Taru like I am, you have a high base Int and have no need to overload Int+ unless fighting IT++ mobs/gods. Republic Circlet is better? Not a chance Zeosilot of Garuda...not a chance.
