Not really a Goliard rep since Goliard Hat has more Enmity down and also has hMP which is what a lot of mages use it for. This Teal Chapeau can replace Goli in the Stoneskin/Healing Department (for those without Selenian Cap healing build) but it won't replace it for Enmity down and max hMP build.

Someone...someone tell me why I see Rdm's full timing this set... I understand this has MND+6, but the AF hat has the same exact Fast Cast as this set does. Can I get a slap to the face of those Rdms that full time this, please for gawd's sake! Also, the HP is so not worth replacing the +20 MP the AF hat adds, get some commons sense people...
