320/120 would only apply to very high level, high int mobs. This hat is a worthwhile nuking headpiece for all others.

There's a lot of different Helix builds for SCH, so you may consider upgrading to this white-box beauty or the Kupo d'Etat's hat. For regular tier IV nukes, Argute Mortarboard may be the better choice. Really depends how close you are on the 320/120 rule.
