Finally a solid melee piece that WHM can wear!

It's possible to cap haste with these and still have body slot free for Hydra Doublet or Royal Redingote. Requires Zelus Tiara, Blessed Mitts/Trousers +1, and Ninurta's Sash. You can get ~25% with Goading Belt instead of Ninurta's.

By the way, like Bahamut's Hose, these do not give kick attacks unless you're using h2h. No kicking between sword swings or club swings, unfortunately.

Kick Attacks only activates when using Hand-to-Hand weapons.

Actually, PUP gets great use out these as well, since they don't have a native Kick Attacks trait. Just figured I'd point that out.
