Drops from Lugarhoo, a Gnole NM spawned from a ??? at (G-11) by trading a Filthy Gnole Claw to it in Abyssea - La Theine.
ha ha I remember paying 2mil for mine back when the NM first came out....and doing insane dmg with my WS Tornado Kick and I would have footwork on as much as possible especially combined with Ursine Claws....which upgraded 2-4x attacks made my mnk just devastating.....out parser all mnks with better gear....and weapons according to the stats....doing limbus runs for what its worth....
This is some funny ***. All you people spending millions on this gear. HELLOOOOO. There is a few more lvl cap updates which means these great items will most likely be decent at best in comparison of what will come out. My advice, sell your big items because the price will drop and have millions to spend on the new gear that will come out on the final lvl cap update. Just a thought ; )
Beautiful. If these happen to be +25 at the least, the haste will pick up the slack.
Otherwise, you could probably use kyoshu kyahan and place haste elsewhere in the slots they would normally have acc in, resulting in a similar situation.
