Not many pieces offer Blue Magic skill increases, however the only difference from the NQ of this is:
+5 HP, +5 MP, +2 DEX, +2 STR, +1 hHP, +1 hMP.
Its not an outstanding AF+1 piece, but its basically just a slightly better Magus Jubbah.

This is the holy grail of BLU casting pieces. The NQ was your best friend from 58 on up, but this is your even better friend. If you're a career BLU doing limbus, you owe it to yourself to get this puppy.

Not just for physical magic... ANY magic. +15 skill is unbeatable for landing debuffs or nukes. Of course, the NQ has the skill, as well, but... since this is still better, why not shoot for it?
