Enhances "Hasso" effect - seems broken, I did some quick playing with it, duration is still 5 minutes, it still holds at +12 STR at 85, did 3 minute swing tests with 6% haste on with no other gear except to even out the haste (Usu feet/Unkai legs+1 and Dusk gloves/Usu legs), one with pants and one without, each resulted in 29 swings in the 3 minutes. Doesn't seem to do anything unless it's an accuracy boost.
edit: Recast and casting timer are the same as normal hasso also.
