In order to exploit the Enhance Restraint effect, these hands need to be equipped while TPing.
On the other side, it is possible to swap them out while WSing.
As of now, these are the 1st to 2nd best WS hands (Heafoc mitts being the alternative) depending on your overall buffs and WS of choice.

i'm thinking great ws peice for Raging rush... or most in general, no negative effects and enhances restraint. could be great tp also.
